Oh Valentine’s Day. Such a lovely marketed holiday. Flowers jump 1000x in price and you KNOW you cant come home without them. All the restaurants fill up days in advance and the odds are that you still get stuck outside some place with a plastic square adorned with flashy lights. Unless of course you cook your own decadent meal for you and your sweetie in which case; props to you, go get em tiger.
Well, for those of you who are not so culinarily inclined, theres a little treat in Sacramento this coming holiday. Chef Pajo Bruich from Pajos Catering is working in conjunction with Chef Mark Liberman of BlackSheep Butchery to put on a Valentine’s Day dinner called “Love is in the air.” The odds are that reservations are going to go very fast due to the fact that Chef Pajo was on the cover of Sacramento Magazine just this month.
